Siemens Energy Philippines is seeking a Head of Sales for Grid Technology to lead sales across HV products, services, and digital grid offerings, while cultivating key utilities and industrial accounts to drive market growth in the Philippines.

You will coordinate with engineering and project teams, mentor the local sales force, and ensure profitable proposals while aligning with global Grid Technologies objectives and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the Philippines HV Grid market.
• Extensive experience in selling high‑voltage products.
• Deep familiarity with the Power Transmission market in the Philippines.
• Strong understanding of substation systems, including protection and control technologies.
• Experience in project management within the energy sector.
• Must have an extensive client base and strong connections across utilities, industrial customers, and government agencies.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Siemens Energy’s global goals.
• Proven capability to lead and mentor sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for HV grid products and services.
• Align goals with global Grid Technologies objectives.
• Maintain and expand client base across utilities, industrials, and government.
• Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs.
• Identify new business opportunities in substations, protection and control, and digital grid.

• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure feasibility and profitability.
• Oversee contract negotiations and smooth handovers to projects.
