Job summary

Siemens AG in Manila seeks a senior tendering professional to lead the full tender process for LV/MV switchgear and related power solutions. You’ll scope, cost, resolve technical clarifications, prepare Bills of Materials, and shape pricing strategies.

You’ll align cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Finance and Legal, participate in customer meetings and site visits, and manage projects from award to handover, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tendering, engineering, project management or related roles in the Power/Electrification & Automation industry.
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems, SLDs, protection schemes, SCADA/automation, and IEC/ANSI/PEC standards.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, with excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full tender process including scoping, costing, technical clarifications, BOMs, and pricing for LV/MV switchgear and related power solutions.
• Prepare compliant technical and commercial proposals, conduct risk assessments, and align with cross-functional teams.
