Job summary

Siemens Energy in the Philippines seeks an Electrical Lead Engineer to oversee the maintenance and technical support of electrical and control systems at a power plant. Qualifications

Professional Electrical Engineer with active PRC license is required.
Five+ years of electrical maintenance experience in power generation or heavy industrial setting.
Extensive knowledge of high-voltage systems, switchgear, transformers, motors, generators.

Responsibilities

Maintain records of maintenance activities, service reports, inspections, and findings.
Identify and suggest improvements to maintenance procedures and equipment reliability.
Train and supervise lower-level technicians, ensuring safety/quality standards.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high-voltage electrical systems and networks.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical faults to minimize downtime.
Inspect equipment and wiring for operational integrity and safety compliance.
Use hand tools, testing instruments, and diagnostic equipment for maintenance tasks.
Plan and implement departmental preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Collaborate with Controls & Instrumentation to analyze alarms and deviations.
Ensure work complies with safety, technical, and quality requirements.
