CHINT Group Co., Ltd. in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Sales Engineer to drive HV/MV switchgear and transformer sales. You will execute strategic plans, cultivate new customers and present technical solutions to clients, aligning pricing and product launches with market needs.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of HV/MV solutions, excellent communication, and a results-oriented mindset to build a robust sales pipeline and collaborate with head office for product optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering with a proven sales record in switchgear products or similar market-facing roles.
• Strong technical understanding of HV/MV switchgear and solutions from similar competitors.
• Ability to deliver presentations and integrate technical knowledge with selling skills.
• Demonstrated adaptability, professionalism, and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present ideas creatively and innovatively.

Responsibilities

• Execute the sales plan for HV and MV switchgear/transformers to expand market segment and ensure a strong presence.
• Cultivate new customers and develop business with existing customers.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and prospective clients.
• Define and launch HV/MV products with the correct pricing structure and strategy.
• Establish and maintain a customer database to manage sales activities, opportunities, and pipelines.
• Attend conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to build industry connections.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, annual sales targets, and yearly market plans.
• Collaborate with Global HQ to ensure continuous product improvement based on customer requirements and insights.
