Job summary
Recruitify_HR is seeking a skilled professional to provide expert support on high voltage switchgear within the Philippines. You will work with local service partners and major clients, conducting site analysis, troubleshooting, and field service activities.
The role covers startup/commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, and on-site problem resolution. A strong technical background and 2+ years in HV switchgear are essential.
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of High Voltage Switchgear.
- Background in power distribution or heavy electrical industries preferred.
- Experience with switchgear for plant use; minimum 2 years.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Driving license preferred; ability to drive to client sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and technical support to customers and partners on high voltage switchgear.
- Perform startup/commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Coordinate site work formation and prepare test equipment.
- React promptly to on-site emergencies or issues and document actions.
- Make accurate site work reports and ensure timely document submission.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service levels and meet goals.
- Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Be assigned to Plant Division, UPS, or Components Division with relevant experience.
- Company car is provided for client visits; driving may be required.
