Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical Recruitment) in Metro Manila. You will own end-to-end IT/tech hiring, from posting to onboarding, ensuring timely delivery of client requirements through established processes and strong stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in talent acquisition with a tech focus, plus experience with applicant tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition with focus on technical recruitment.
• Skilled in navigating and using applicant tracking systems.
• Outstanding interpersonal and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs end-to-end recruitment from job posting to onboarding for all assigned requisitions.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and networking.
• Screens all applications to ensure credentials, qualifications, and required skills are met.
• Endorses candidates to the hiring manager and communicates hiring updates.
• Reviews, implements, and manages recruitment tools and processes.
• Conducts regular calibration sessions with hiring managers to align profiles.
• Facilitates handoff and updates on new hires to Operations and Human Resources.
• Assists onboarding and mentors TA Specialists and Associates.

Your Role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for IT/Tech Hiring will be identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for all tracks assigned and ensures the timely and effective completion of the client’s hiring requirements as per agreed hiring process and turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the following across Microsourcing Philippines, Inc.

Recruitment Operations

• Performs end-to-end recruitment from job posting to offer negotiation to onboarding for all assigned requisitions to him/her. Requisitions may primarily consist of non-complex to niche roles under contact center rank and file positions such as but not limited to CSR, Sales, TSR, Data Entry, and Collections agents and support positions such as QA, Team Lead, RTA, etc.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and networking
• Screens all applications received from various sourcing initiatives and ensure to meet the credentials and qualifications, appropriate skills and knowledge, and experiences of candidates required per position
• Ensures regular endorsement of candidates to the hiring manager for review
• Regularly communicates hiring updates to the hiring manager
• Reviews, implements, and manages recruitment tools and processes assigned
• Conducts regular calibration sessions with hiring managers, if requested, to ensure alignment in terms of profile
• Facilitates the hand off process and communicates updates on new hires to stakeholders (Operations and Human Resources)

Others

• Assists in onboarding and mentoring TA Specialists and Associates
• Serves as a backup resource in managing the team in the absence of the TA Officer

Qualifications

• Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with a specific focus on technical recruitment.
• Skilled in navigating and utilizing various applicant tracking systems.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities paired with strong communication skills.
