ATOS Information Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our HR and Recruitment team in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

This full-time role focuses on identifying, attracting, and placing top IT talent across the organization, collaborating with senior leadership and technical teams to support ambitious growth. We expect 5-7 years of technical recruitment experience, strong IT knowledge, and proven ability to manage multiple searches with quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for software engineers, systems admins, cloud architects, data scientists, and related IT roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects with quality and deadlines.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technical recruitment strategies to attract IT candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and team dynamics.
• Conduct interviews and assessments for technical competencies and cultural fit.
• Source candidates across job boards, networks, and events.
• Build pipelines of passive candidates for future roles.
• Coordinate interview processes, assessments, and feedback.
• Coach junior staff and monitor recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and laws.
