Job summary

You must have 6+ years of recruiting experience, including team leadership and client-facing tasks. Remote work and ASAP start are available.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of recruitment experience across technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating client engagements.
• Experience conducting technical and behavioral interviews.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle candidate management from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct behavioural and technical interviews.
• Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and timelines.
• Develop and coach the recruitment team for higher performance.
