Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end 360 recruitment, including business development, sourcing, screening, interviews, and reference checks.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on hiring requirements.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with business managers to identify technical talent needs.
• Organize and coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and oversee the selection process.

As we scale aggressively across the Philippines market, we're looking for a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to grow with us.

This is a fully hands-on, 360° role - spanning full-cycle tech recruitment, business development, and client management. You'll take ownership of Manila-based searches while working closely with the local team and Sydney leadership to build something exceptional.

Job Description

• Conduct end-to-end 360 recruitment, including business development, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and reference checks.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on hiring requirements.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with business managers and stakeholders to identify technical talent needs.
• Organize and coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and oversee the selection process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions to anticipate hiring needs and refine recruitment strategies.

• Day shift: 8am - 5pm PHT
• Highly competitive commission structure on placement fees collected
