JPMorganChase in Metro Manila is seeking a Technical Client Consultant for Commercial Banking Merchant Services. You will guide clients through onboarding, provide technical consulting, and ensure smooth production rollout.

You will partner with multiple teams to resolve complex issues and maintain high client satisfaction. The role emphasizes production validations, risk mitigation, and clear communication with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in Client Services/Implementations/Operations.
• At least 5 years diagnosing and resolving complex issues across applications, data messaging, and network connectivity.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical product specifications for both transaction-based and file-based integrations.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work across functions and drive collaboration.
• Adaptive and comfortable operating in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a rotating portfolio of Commercial Banking Merchant Services clients from implementation to production.
• Advise clients and internal teams on production validations including authorization, downgrades, settlement, and funding.
• Proactively identify risks or issues and drive timely resolutions with internal partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards during onboarding and post-implementation.
• Translate client requirements into platform solutions to support implementations.
• Define and approve end-to-end client solutions across connectivity, processing, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Communicate progress and KPI updates to clients and leadership.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and handle escalations professionally.
• Operate effectively in a deadline-driven environment with multiple initiatives.
