Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Metro Manila seeks a Technical Implementation Manager to guide merchant services integrations, advise on connectivity options, and drive testing and milestones from kickoff to conversion.

You’ll collaborate with clients to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and enable high-quality payment processing. You will work across functional teams to ensure smooth transitions, manage project timelines, and uphold rigorous standards for reliability and security in payment

Qualifications

• 5 years in a technical role with 3 years in card payment processing.
• 2 years diagnosing complex issues across applications and networks.
• 1 year experience with MPLS, VPN, TCP/IP, SFTP, HTTPS.
• Ability to read and apply technical product specifications.
• Experience with SOPs and quality control practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; risk awareness.
• Ability to prioritize with limited supervision and handle escalations.
• Professional client-facing communication and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for client implementations for mid-sized merchants and third-party integrators.
• Advise clients on connectivity options, protocols, transaction formats, and product functionality.
• Lead integration testing to verify product, connectivity, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze data transmitted to test environments and communicate results to clients.
• Diagnose issues and coordinate fixes with clients promptly and professionally.
• Manage technical conversions for new and existing clients to firm platforms.
• Mentor analysts and share knowledge across the integration team.
• Collaborate with sales and SMEs during calls requiring advanced consultation.
• Support complex integrations including EMV certification activities.
