Qualificações

• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in Client Services, Implementations or Operations.
• 5+ years diagnosing and resolving complex issues across applications, data messaging, and network connectivity.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply technical product specs for transaction- and file-based integrations.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated collaboration across functions and teams.
• Adaptable, able to operate in a dynamic environment and manage ambiguity.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and prioritize multiple initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a rotating portfolio of Commercial Banking Merchant Services clients from implementation to production.
• Advise clients and internal teams on production validations, including authorization, downgrades, settlement, and funding.
• Identify and escalate risks or issues to drive timely resolution and minimize client impact.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, internal standards during onboarding and post-implementation.
• Translate client requirements into effective platform solutions for successful implementations.
• Define, review, and approve end-to-end client solutions across connectivity, processing, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Develop and execute a communication strategy to keep clients and stakeholders informed during post-implementation and validation.
• Establish KPIs and provide data-driven updates on production rollouts to leadership.
• Foster a collaborative culture across functions and teams.
• Handle escalations with professionalism and sound judgment to achieve positive outcomes.
• Operate effectively in a deadline-driven environment with multiple initiatives.
