Job summary

Ibex Global Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter in the Philippines to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for niche and technology roles, including offshore/global placements. The ideal candidate will be proactive, growth‑oriented, and committed to best practices in recruiting.

Responsibilities include full life‑cycle recruitment, stakeholder partnering, and market intelligence to ensure competitive offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Psychology, HR, or related field.
• 4–6 years in managing niche/technical/global/offshore recruitment from a BPO.
• Proven success in recruiting for niche/unique roles with hard-to-source skills.
• Ability to explain IT role requirements (developers, software engineers, DevOps, etc.).
• Experience recruiting for offshore locations (US, India, etc.).
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life‑cycle recruitment from intake calls to onboarding.
• Lead recruiting for niche/tech/global/offshore roles.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and advise on role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Identify active and passive candidates using diverse sourcing strategies.
• Conduct market intelligence on role availability and pay competitiveness.
• Provide excellent candidate experience during onboarding and manage related tasks.
