Job summary

Ibex Global Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruitment across niche and technology roles, including offshore/global hiring. The ideal candidate will excel at candidate sourcing, behavioral screening, and managing stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll navigate a hybrid setup in Metro Manila, with a focus on delivering high-quality hires and a seamless candidate experience while staying up to date on hiring best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or HR preferred with relevant recruitment experience.
• 4–6 years of work experience managing niche/technical/global/offshore roles, preferably in a BPO.
• Proven success recruiting hard-to-source niche or tech roles such as developers, network engineers, DevOps, AI roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment including intake calls, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle recruiting for niche/technical/global/offshore roles as needed.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and advise on role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Identify active and passive candidates through diverse sourcing strategies.
• Conduct market intelligence on role availability and pay competitiveness.
• Perform behavioral screening, candidate profiling, and job matching.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience during onboarding.
• Perform additional recruiting and sourcing tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment including intake calls/calibration meetings, sourcing,interviewingand on-boarding.

• Manage recruiting for various roles such as but not limited to – Niche positions, Technology roles, Offshore/globalrolesand any otherhiring requirementsas needed.

• Manage key stakeholder relationships as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of our business, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles.

• Identifyand source active & passive candidates in the market through different various sourcing strategies and techniques.

• Do necessary market intelligence research to check availability of the role in the market and pay competitiveness.

• Conducteffective behavioral screening,candidateprofilingand job matching.

• Provideexcellencecandidate experience during onboarding stage.

• Does other recruiting and sourcing related tasks asneeded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related fields is preferred

• At least 4 to 6 yearsof work experiencemanaging niche/Technical/global/offshore related positionsgained fromaBPO Company handling end-to-end recruitmentfrom hiring to onboarding.

• Proven success in recruiting forniche or unique positions withhard to sourceskills.

• Technical expertise and an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT rolessuch as but not limited to:Developers,Software Engineer, Network Engineer,DevOps, Solution Architects, System Admin, AI tech related roles, etc.

• Withexperience sourcing and recruiting foroffshorelocations such as but not limited to: US, Pakistan, Honduras, Jamaica,Nicaraguaand India

• Extensive experience managing stakeholders from calibration sessions to offer negotiations.

• Ability to createstrategicsourcing strategies to deliver hiring needs within SLA.

• Excellent written and oral English communication skills

• Must be proficient in using Applicant Tracking System tools

• Must be detail oriented,willing to multi-taskand highly analytical

• Proficient planninganddecision-making skills

• Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-orientedand rapidly changing business environment.

• Willingto work on amid shiftschedule and adjustschedulewhenever needed.

• Must be willing to work on a hybrid set up. Must be willing to workinany of our ibex sites in Metro Manila.
