Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support recruitment across Australian clients. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role focused on technical and IT positions.

You will source, screen, assess, and manage candidates for permanent and contract roles, building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Experience recruiting IT and technology roles.
• Experience with permanent and contract recruitment.
• Experience in an recruitment agency environment.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting for hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Full recruitment lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment from role briefing to offer and placement.
• Partner with Australian clients and hiring managers to understand requirements and culture fit.
• Develop understanding of clients' business, tech environment, and hiring needs.
• Provide regular recruitment progress updates to clients and candidates.
• Manage multiple vacancies across different clients while maintaining a high-quality experience.
• Conduct thorough initial screening and competency-based interviews.
• Present well-qualified candidate shortlists aligned to client needs.
