Job summary

IT By Design Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruiter/Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for IT MSP and internal roles. You will source, screen, and manage pipelines, partnering with hiring managers to advise on candidates and timelines.

You will collaborate daily with global TA/HR across India and the US, leverage AI tools to boost efficiency, and ensure a positive candidate experience while delivering data-driven results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, IT MSP focus preferred.
• Experience sourcing and screening for IT helpdesk, security, cloud, and L1–L3 roles.
• Experience collaborating with global teams (India/US) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for IT MSP and internal roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, JobStreet, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and assess technical experience, communication, and fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interviews, offers and pre-employment checks.
• Track hiring metrics using Excel, Power BI, and TA dashboards.
