Job summary

Permhunt is a tech-specialized headhunting agency with offices in Makati and Sydney, seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead Manila-based searches and drive growth in the Philippines market. This fully hands-on 360° role covers recruitment, business development, and client management, collaborating with Sydney leadership to build something exceptional and scalable.

You will manage end-to-end processes, build candidate pipelines, and stay ahead of industry trends to refine recruitment

Qualifications

7+ years recruitment experience, including 1+ years in tech roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Effective time and project management skills.
Autonomous thinker capable of working independently and with the team.
Day shift: 8am–5pm PHT.
Commission-based incentive structure on placements.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end 360 recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding.
Manage client relationships and align hiring requirements.
Build relationships with candidates and ensure a positive experience.
Coordinate interviews and gather feedback across stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends to refine recruitment strategies.
