Job summary

Permhunt is a tech-specialized headhunting agency with offices in Makati and Sydney, seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead Manila-based searches and drive growth in the Philippines market. This fully hands-on 360° role covers recruitment, business development, and client management, collaborating with Sydney leadership to build something exceptional and scalable.

You will manage end-to-end processes, build candidate pipelines, and stay ahead of industry trends to refine recruitment

Qualifications

• 7+ years recruitment experience, including 1+ years in tech roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Effective time and project management skills.
• Autonomous thinker capable of working independently and with the team.
• Day shift: 8am–5pm PHT.
• Commission-based incentive structure on placements.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end 360 recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding.
• Manage client relationships and align hiring requirements.
• Build relationships with candidates and ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate interviews and gather feedback across stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends to refine recruitment strategies.

As we scale aggressively across the Philippines market, we're looking for a driven Principal Recruitment Consultant ready to grow with us.

This is a fully hands-on, 360° role - spanning full-cycle tech recruitment, business development, and client management. You'll take ownership of Manila-based searches while working closely with the local team and Sydney leadership to build something exceptional.

Job Description

• Conduct end-to-end 360 recruitment, including business development, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and reference checks.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on hiring requirements.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with business managers and stakeholders to identify technical talent needs.
• Organize and coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and oversee the selection process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions to anticipate hiring needs and refine recruitment strategies.
