Job summary

RealPage in the Philippines is seeking a Team Leader III to guide consulting teams delivering accounting-focused implementations for Financial Accounting and related products. The role requires coaching, workload management, and escalating issues while aligning with cross-functional teams on process improvements.

You will work a fixed night shift with a hybrid onsite setup after 90 days, supporting US operations and ensuring high-quality client outcomes across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in software implementation, consulting, or client delivery with leadership experience.
• Strong accounting/finance background including month-end close, reconciliations, AP/vendor workflows.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach, and manage performance in fast-paced delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for leadership updates and escalations.
• Ability to work fixed night shift and hybrid onsite schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop consultants on accounting-focused client implementations.
• Oversee workload, timelines, SLA adherence, backlog management, and quality controls.
• Provide guidance on Financial Accounting, month-end processes, reconciliations, and AP workflows.
• Escalation point for client concerns, project risks, and blockers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and drive adoption.
• Review delivery quality and client readiness to ensure successful handoffs.
• Analyze metrics and backlog trends to improve capacity and customer experience.
• Facilitate training on accounting concepts and product workflows.
• Foster a client-focused, accountable team culture during high-volume cycles.
