RealPage, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Implementation Specialist I for RealPage Accounting to review historical data, populate templates, and upload files into RealPage Accounting. The role covers data migration, retrofit tasks, and requires a bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience.

Hybrid onsite after 4th month; onsite during first 90 days; US operations schedule with night differential. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package including Day 1 HMO for dependents,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–2 years of financial or accounting experience.
• Proficient in English.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Technical skills and experience in financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical abilities to grasp key points from complex details.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with internal business partners.
• Ability to work overtime as needed to ensure deliverables are met.
• Must be able to multi-task in a high paced and deadline driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data migration assignments are completed on schedule.
• Identify and analyze financial data discrepancies and resolve them.
• Migrate accounting data from client legacy systems using RealPage Accounting templates.
• Reconcile imported data with client historical reports.
• Complete Retrofit tasks as scheduled by engagement managers and solutions consultants.
• Ensure order billing of completed tasks reflects real-time activations.
• Quality assurance of data migrations and retrofit prior to release to the customer.
• Complete site and SDE set-up tasks and QA prior to release to the customer.
• Develop custom financial reports based on customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all data and communications for migrations or retrofits.
• Notify management of discrepancies or missing data or defects that might delay migration/retrofit.
• Act as point of contact for each primary task.
