Job summary

REALPAGE (PHILIPPINES), INC. is seeking a Team Leader III to provide day-to-day leadership for the accounting-focused Financial and OneSite Consulting implementations.

You will coach consultants, manage workload and delivery priorities, and resolve escalations to ensure client success. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years in related fields, and strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; accounting experience preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in software implementation, consulting, or delivery.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop implementation consultants.
• Oversee daily operations, backlog management, SLA adherence, timelines, productivity, and quality.
• Provide guidance on Financial Accounting, month-end processes, reconciliations, reporting, AP/vendor workflows, disbursements, refunds.
• Escalation point for client concerns, project risks, blockers, and issue resolution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and ensure adoption.
• Review quality, client readiness, and handoffs to promote long-term success.
• Analyze team metrics and improve capacity, throughput, and customer experience.
• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer on accounting concepts and workflows.
