Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of SaaS implementation, onboarding, consulting, customer success, or project management experience.
• Experience with Propertyware, Buildium, or similar property management software preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Consultants to achieve performance and quality objectives.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance discussions for career development.
• Provide timely coaching based on observed performance and quality assessments.
• Foster a customer-centric culture and cross-functional collaboration.
• Participate in workforce planning and resource allocation to meet demand.
• Drive escalation management and proactive issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor metrics and identify process improvements to boost efficiency and outcomes.
• Represent the Implementation Consulting organization in product release discussions and VOC insights.
