Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in software implementation or project delivery.
• 3+ years of experience in implementation leadership, process improvement, or client onboarding
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams or high-impact programs across product lines.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Front Office implementation teams.
• Foster collaborative and high-performance culture through feedback and development planning.
• Lead strategic initiatives across teams, aligning goals with company objectives.
• Own quarterly business planning for the implementation team, including forecasting and resource planning.
• Act as liaison between Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Client Success.
• Champion automation strategies and measure ROI of process changes.
