Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant I in Pasig, Metro Manila to support customer deployments of RealPage products. You will follow established processes, coordinate required inputs, and help move customers from kickoff through go-live with precise setup work and timely updates.

The role emphasizes foundational execution, backlog hygiene, and responsive communication under guidance from more senior teammates, with a fixed night shift and flexible work arrangement as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in software, SaaS, real estate, property management, or other customer-facing environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills in a deadline-driven environment.
• Customer service mindset with ability to manage multiple activities.
• Able to work with limited supervision and when to escalate.
• Willing to work a fixed night shift and flexible work arrangement as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage low-complexity implementations or defined workstreams for small to midsize customers.
• Complete site setup and configuration tasks using templates and documented business rules.
• Coordinate customer deliverables and track milestones for on-time completion.
• Partner with internal teams to keep implementations moving forward.
• Maintain accurate project notes, forecasted activation dates, and backlog updates weekly.
• Provide timely status updates and raise blockers or risks to leadership.
• Support testing, validation, and readiness activities prior to activation.
• Deliver a professional customer experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.
