Job summary

MyCareer+ seeks an experienced Offshore Delivery Manager to lead and scale its Philippines accounting delivery team supporting US-based clients. The role sits at the intersection of accounting quality, team leadership, capacity planning, hiring, and operational execution, ensuring high-quality work while growing capacity for 8-10 additional engagements in 12 months.

The ideal candidate has held Controller, Accounting Manager, or Senior Manager roles within accounting firms or finance

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sizable accounting team in an outsourcing or firm setting.
• Strong grasp of US GAAP and US accounting practices.
• Proven ability to build onboarding and training programs.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage capacity planning and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Own PH Account Coverage & Capacity Planning, staffing map, and utilization metrics.
• Own the Quality of PH Accounting Delivery, establish standards, review work, and SOP framework.
• Own Onboarding, Development & Retention, training programs, time-to-billable target, attrition targets.
• Lead interviews and hiring of accounting professionals and partner with Recruiting.
