Job summary

RealPage is seeking a Team Leader III to provide day-to-day leadership for accounting-focused implementation teams delivering Financial Accounting and related product offerings. You will coach consultants, manage workload, resolve escalations, and ensure quality across client deployments.

The role requires strong accounting/finance background, 5+ years of relevant experience, and proven leadership in software implementation or consulting. Hybrid setup with on-site training and US-backed projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience with strong accounting knowledge.
• Experience leading software implementations or consulting projects with client-facing delivery.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and manage performance in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop implementation consultants for accounting-focused client deployments.
• Oversee daily operations, workload distribution, SLA adherence, and timelines.
• Provide guidance on Financial Accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, AP/vendor workflows, and related scenarios.
• Serve as escalation point for client concerns and project risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and ensure adoption.
• Review quality, documentation, and handoff practices to ensure consistency and long-term success.
• Analyze team metrics and project health to improve capacity and customer experience.
• Deliver training on accounting concepts and product workflows.
• Build a client-focused, accountable team culture during high-volume deliveries.
