OpsArmy seeks an experienced Senior Tax & Accounting Support Specialist (CPA/EA preferred) to provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries. The role requires genuine accounting judgment and independent investigation to resolve issues.

Work shifts will align with US business hours (ET), with overlap into US hours. Excellent English communication and familiarity with Zendesk and proprietary AI-assisted workflows are valued.

Formación

• Professional accounting experience with exposure to US accounting and taxation.
• Ability to analyze complex tax and accounting inquiries and provide resolutions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proven ability to explain complex topics to nontechnical customers.
• Experience with bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 support for US accounting, tax, bookkeeping and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated tickets with professional communication.
• Review discrepancies and troubleshoot transactions and reconciliations.
• Assist with tax notices, filing status questions and payroll issues.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest workflow improvements.
