Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for US accounting, tax, payroll inquiries.
• Investigate escalated accounting and tax tickets and resolve issues.
• Review reconciliations, Discrepancies, and transactions.
• Assist customers with tax questions, notices, and filing status queries.
• Support payroll questions and processing issues.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate records.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest workflow improvements.
• Learn and adapt to proprietary platforms and AI workflows.
