OpsArmy is seeking an experienced Level 2 Tax & Accounting Support Specialist (CPA/EA preferred) to provide specialized US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll support for complex inquiries. The role requires strong technical accounting judgment and the ability to investigate and resolve escalated issues.

This remote position serves US business hours (8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET) with staggered shifts and overlap with US hours.

Qualifications

• Proven professional accounting experience with US accounting and taxation exposure.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to independently investigate complex issues and document resolutions.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US customer accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies, reconciliations, and transactions.
• Explain tax notices, filing status questions, and tax return-related queries within scope.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records; identify recurring issues to improve workflows.
