Responsibilities include handling escalated tickets, reviewing reconciliations, assisting with tax notices and payroll questions, and documenting resolutions.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting experience with exposure to US accounting and taxation.
• Experience handling complex tax and accounting inquiries and customer-facing financial support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to explain complex topics to nontechnical customers.
• Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with payroll and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies and reconciliations.
• Assist customers with tax-related inquiries and notices.
• Support payroll questions, setup, processing issues, and troubleshooting.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Identify recurring issues and improve workflows and knowledge resources.
• Learn proprietary platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
