Preferred credentials include CPA or EA with Big Four background, plus proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Zendesk and payroll software.

Qualifications

• Experience in US accounting and taxation is preferred.
• Strong bookkeeping, reconciliations, and payroll knowledge.
• Ability to explain tax topics to customers and document solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll support.
• Investigate escalated tickets and resolve issues.
• Review discrepancies, reconciliations, and accounting transactions.
• Handle tax-inquiry responses, notices, and filing status questions.
• Support payroll questions and related processing issues.
• Document resolutions and improve workflows and knowledge resources.
