Qualifications

• Experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Strong candidate identification and engagement skills.
• Experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across functions and levels.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening conversations.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitor insights to stakeholders.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track sourcing effectiveness and contribute to process improvements.
