Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist to support global financial services hiring. The role involves market mapping, talent research, and building pipelines across banking, markets, risk, compliance, and tech functions.

You will work with recruiters and hiring managers to identify talent needs and craft proactive sourcing strategies, including passive candidate engagement and performance tracking. Hybrid setup applies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening conversations.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitor insights to stakeholders.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track sourcing effectiveness and contribute to process improvements.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist to support hiring across a diverse range of Financial Services functions, including banking, markets, risk, compliance, operations, finance, technology, and corporate services. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of high-calibre talent for both current and future hiring needs across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and engagement process.
• Track sourcing effectiveness and contribute to continuous process improvements.

About You

• Experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition.
• Strong candidate identification and engagement skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience supporting regional or international hiring is advantageous but not required.
