Hudson Talent Solutions invites you to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Recruitment Partner in Pasay City. This hybrid role combines three days on-site with two days remote work, giving you exposure to a broad client base in the Renewable Energy sector and engaging with senior leaders.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, build strategic relationships, and guide teams on sourcing methods while delivering an outstanding candidate experience across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer stage.
• Experience delivering in fast-paced environments with high volume.
• Expert in active and passive candidate sourcing across multiple channels.
• Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across the client portfolio.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure a best-in-class process and timely fills.
• Provide market insights, trends, and competitive intelligence to stakeholders.
