You will use advanced search techniques, build talent pools and advise on market insights, trends and mapping to inform hiring decisions. This role emphasizes collaboration, agile delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in an RPO or internal setup.
• Expert level in active and passive candidate sourcing.
• Ability to drive own network with out-of-the-box sourcing approaches.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills.
