• 5+ years in recruitment agency/executive search or fast-paced talent acquisition.
• Direct sourcing and headhunting passive candidates.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously with quality outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
• Results-driven, proactive, and highly organised.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
• Proactively source and headhunt high-calibre candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
