Job summary

Aprio is seeking a Senior Associate, Talent Sourcing in Makati to identify and engage qualified candidates for a fast-growing advisory team. You will partner with recruiters to build pipelines, map markets, and deliver candidates for key roles, while ensuring data integrity in ATS/CRM systems.

You’ll leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events to attract top talent, focusing on accounting/professional services recruitment and a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and Boolean search.
• Experience in accounting or professional services recruitment preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment CRM platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Engage passive candidates using Boolean searches and market mapping.
• Screen candidates against job requirements and validate qualifications.
• Endorse qualified candidates to recruiters within SLAs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment CRM.
• Provide market intelligence and sourcing strategy recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement.
