• Screen candidates, conduct behavioural interviews, and perform assessments.
• Oversee offers, negotiations, and pre-employment checks.
• Coordinate onboarding, probation checks, and training.
• Monitor KPIs like time-to-hire and turnover; prepare dashboards.
• Lead HR processes including performance reviews and succession planning.
