Talent Acquisition Lead - End-to-End Recruiting

Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead to partner with business leaders in Manila to drive end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning. You will own the full lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding, build sourcing strategies, and nurture relationships with hiring managers and HR teams.

The role requires 5+ years in TA, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to manage high-volume or complex hiring in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in high-volume or complex hiring.
• Previous experience in a Recruitment Lead, TA Partner, Account Recruitment, BPO, or similar role preferred.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and partnering with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition point of contact for assigned business accounts and senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, HR, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular hiring reviews and report recruitment progress, risks, challenges, and action plans.
• Understand business objectives, workforce requirements, organizational changes, and upcoming hiring needs.
• Define hiring priorities, timelines, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies with stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate hiring risks and market challenges.
• Advise stakeholders using talent market insights, candidate availability, compensation, and hiring trends.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through onboarding.
• Lead recruitment kick-off meetings and establish hiring requirements and success profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies based on role complexity, volume, location, and talent market.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, talent communities, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment.
• Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, feedback collection, and selection processes.
• Lead offer management and support final selection and offer negotiation.
• Partner with HR and Operations on pre-employment and onboarding.
• Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
