RemoteLegalStaff is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale a fully remote recruiting function for a global talent pool. You will recruit, coach the team, and build systems to balance speed with quality while partnering with leadership to forecast needs.

You will own end-to-end processes, drive metrics, and champion an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-growing, distributed company. This role is fully remote with a strong emphasis on collaboration and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate talent acquisition, remote setting.
• Proven global remote recruitment experience.
• 2+ years of managing recruiting teams.
• Hands-on ATS implementation and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment KPIs and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the recruiting team, setting clear expectations and growth paths.
• Own full-cycle recruitment across all roles from intake to offer.
• Actively recruit, headhunt, and interview candidates.
• Forecast hiring needs with leaders and align on role requirements.
• Define and track KPIs to balance speed and quality.
• Build scalable recruitment workflows for a fully remote global pool.
• Champion an excellent candidate experience and strong employer brand.
• Report on hiring performance and pipeline health to leadership.
