Job summary

Ally is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full hiring cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. You will build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and guide new hires through onboarding in a fully remote setup.

You will report to the People & Culture Lead and ensure data integrity in Notion while supporting employer branding and candidate experience efforts. Expect mentorship, AI-powered workflows, and Hong Kong time alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.
• Comfortable conducting interviews and candidate assessments.
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple roles and candidates at once.
• Detail-oriented with clean data habits (Notion, spreadsheets).
• Proactive communicator with strong written and verbal English.
• Has used AI tools in their workflow (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates across multiple open roles.
• Conduct screening interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Run onboarding processes for new Executive Partners.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers in Notion.
• Post and manage job listings across platforms (Jobstreet, OLJ, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Support employer branding and candidate experience efforts.
• Use AI screening tools like Claude Code to score and rank candidates.
