Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Head up recruitment for multiple roles across departments, including high-volume positions.
• Build and roll out sourcing strategies leveraging AI tools and innovative platforms.
• Run structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and create job profiles.
• Act as an account manager with clients to ensure hiring needs are met.
• Maintain a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment process with timely hiring.
• Foster positive candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Analyze recruitment data to improve processes and candidate quality.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and AI tools to strengthen processes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior recruiters.
