Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years in end-to-end recruitment, preferably multinational or fast-paced environments.
• Experience with onboarding programs or pre-employment processes is an advantage.
• Strong interviewing skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and talent mapping.
• Screen candidates, conduct competency-based interviews, and present qualified shortlists to hiring managers.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding, including pre-employment checks and IT coordination.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies throughout hiring and onboarding.
• Mentor junior recruiters and collaborate with regional teams on HR projects.
