Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to final hiring decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract, and assess high-quality candidates using networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for further consideration.
• Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and procedures, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition department.
