Job summary

Black & White Engineering Limited is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment for engineering, design and corporate functions from our Manila office. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, proactive sourcing and talent mapping to build robust candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

You will leverage platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet and Indeed, maintain accurate ATS records, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand role

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination).
• Experience proactively sourcing/headhunting for engineering and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct proactive sourcing, headhunting and talent mapping across platforms.
• Prepare and post job descriptions, support employer branding and university partnerships.
