Job summary

ExlService Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives within CORP_Human Resources_Talent Acquisition. You will partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver high-quality hires.

You will manage the full lifecycle, source top candidates, conduct interviews, and drive a positive candidate experience while ensuring compliance and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of end-to-end recruitment and meeting hiring goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from screening to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop strategies.
• Source, attract, and assess high-quality candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and make recommendations for next steps.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with HR to implement sourcing strategies and campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within Talent Acquisition.
