Job summary

Catapult is seeking a proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for Packing Sports Corporation in the Philippines. Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, you will shape recruitment processes, pipelines, and hiring insights across PSC sites.

You’ll attract talent via ads, sourcing, referrals, school partnerships, and events, collaborate with hiring managers, and travel within the Philippines as needed to fill high-volume and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech or SaaS.
• Experience building talent pipelines through schools, events, referrals.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to advise hiring managers and balance priorities.
• Willingness to travel within the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for PSC roles across the Philippines.
• Define workforce needs, recruitment strategies, and timelines.
• Attract and engage talent via ads, sourcing, referrals, and partnerships.
• Partner with managers on onboarding, career planning, and mobility.
• Provide reporting and insights to improve hiring outcomes.
