Catapult is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for Packing Sports Corporation roles in the Philippines. You will build scalable processes, partner with managers, and attract talent through multiple channels, including travel to PSC sites.

Required: 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment, strong stakeholder management, and experience with ATS and data-driven hiring. This role reports to the Director, People & Culture and supports rapid growth across PSC sites.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of full-cycle recruitment and direct sourcing experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, interviewing, assessment, and communication skills.
• Experience building talent pipelines through schools, events, referrals, and networks.
• Experience using ATS, job platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for PSC roles across the Philippines, including high-volume and leadership positions.
• Build scalable recruitment processes aligned with global Catapult standards.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and timelines.
• Attract talent via ads, direct sourcing, referrals, social media, and partnerships.
• Travel within the Philippines to support hiring across PSC sites.
