Job summary

Di Rezze Family Office is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead / Executive Recruiter in Manila, Philippines. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical and operational roles, conducting structured interviews, assessments, and scorecards, and presenting top finalists for executive review.

This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role with 1–2 recruiters initially. You will source via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach; manage ATS and provide weekly dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record in tech hiring.
• Fluency with sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow.
• Excellent English communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to final-round scheduling for technical and admin roles.
• Conduct initial screening calls and in-depth competency interviews.
• Design, administer, and score technical assessments and role-specific tests.
• Build and maintain candidate scorecards with evaluations and hire/no-hire recommendations.
• Present shortlisted candidates with dossiers to the hiring executive.
• Source top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Manage ATS pipeline to avoid losing candidates.
• Provide weekly dashboards: pipeline metrics and bottleneck analysis.
