Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in recruitment best practices.
• 2+ years in consulting with Hiring Managers through open requisition, sourcing, debrief and offer stages.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidate applications and present qualified candidates for interviews.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers and TABPs on timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate ATS/CRM records and candidate communications.
• Convey client EVP and company knowledge to candidates.
